1. Who we are

G.A.D. International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is the data controller for personal data collected through this website (https://www.gadhousecompany.com). For any privacy matter, contact us atcontact@gadhousecompany.com.

2. What we collect

• Contact form: name, email address and your message — sent to our sales inbox (contact@gadhousecompany.com).
• Job applications: name, email address, the role you apply for, a link to your CV/portfolio and your message — sent to our HR inbox (hr@gadhousecompany.com).

When you submit a form we also record your IP address and a timestamp alongside your consent — kept only as evidence of the submission and for abuse prevention (rate limiting).

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not run analytics. Form submissions are sent as email directly from our own mail server; if an external form relay is enabled instead, it processes the submission solely to deliver it to us by email.

3. Why we collect it (lawful basis)

• To respond to your enquiry — with your consent, given when you submit the form.
• To consider your job application — steps taken at your request prior to entering an employment contract, and with your consent.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact. Job applications: up to 1 year after the recruitment round closes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or agree to a longer period.

5. Who we share it with

Only the teams that need it (sales, HR) and the service providers that deliver the forms and host this site. We do not sell personal data.

6. Your rights under PDPA

• Access and request a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete or anonymise your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Object to or restrict processing
• Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC)
