Position overview
The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from inception to completion. This includes defining scope, managing budgets, setting timelines, and coordinating resources to ensure successful delivery according to established goals and quality standards. The ideal candidate acts as the central communication hub between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Project Planning: Define project scope, deliverables, success metrics, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
Execution & Monitoring: Oversee daily operations of the project team, track progress against the plan, and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure efficient resource utilization to avoid overruns.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments (e.g., Developers, Designers, Account Managers) and external clients or vendors.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Reporting & Wrap-Up: Deliver regular progress reports to management/clients and conduct post-project evaluations (post-mortems) to document lessons learned.
