Track progress, manage operational risks, and resolve workflow bottlenecks promptly.
Function as the central communication link between AEs, creative teams, procurement, and external vendors.
Enforce rigorous quality assurance protocols prior to final client handoff.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in creative project management, production, or agency operations.
Solid understanding of end-to-end creative workflows and design processes.
Proficient in project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Notion).
Exceptional time management, decisive leadership, and strong decision-making under constraints.
